Pork Chops, Meet Hard Cider

I was flipping through a Martha Stewart Living magazine, and saw this recipe. While I didn’t actually end up making the braised pork in the recipe, I did pull the key words of “pork” and “hard cider,” and decided to grab both while shopping for dinner ingredients.

Some people serve applesauce with pork. Hard apple cider is a little bit more edgy.

The apple flavor is subtle, but nice. Also, chalk this up as another recipe that makes the whole kitchen smell amazing.
